Mirax, What exactly do you see, when the game is "hanging off"?

if go on "ask to stay the night" i see only the same piture without text, and Can't go back

I never saw such a bug, but in the game there are a lot of different situations, where you can ask to stay over night. 1)After sex in the living room, 2) after sex in the hot tub (there are two options: a) after the blowjob with coming in Ari's face and relaxing, clicking on her face or b) after ending normal sex in the hot tub, after orgasm and clicking on Ari's face while she is standing on the wall and 3) various scenes by clicking on her bed in the bedroom. It would help, if you could clearly and possibly detailed tell the way which leads you to the non-working point. Additionally, using Firefox you can see on the bottom line of the picture, if you move the cursor on the next text-field, the name of the *.htm file, which should work next.  

I have the same bug, actually had it since... UP 11 or so

tried on Opera, tried on Chrome - same results

tried patching original (5.0 version), tried patching 5.0 + Erana - same results

basically - either me and Mirax have wrong copies of 5.0 (please give an address of something that you know is working...) or something is seriously strange

bug is simple - you "stay overnight", Ariane says she need to go to bathroom and thats it. click on "go to bathroom" and you are KIA, click on bed and everything freezes. can keep clicking on anything then - nothing works. happened after couch scene, after hot tub, after town - same thing

another thing that NEVER EVER worked for me - threesome. did everything just as it was written here but game froze after leaving the pool...

PS since it's my first post here - great work Arnulf even though I cant continue the next day and enjoy the best part
PSS still - I'd love to see some truly new scenes with Ariane

Mirax and Blaman, first, I remember, that with UP 11 the game (played with IE) hangs, when you leave the pool, just before the nice lesbian and threesome scenes were starting. Before UP11, you could play the game with IE and with Firefox. Since UP 11 I told everyone to play the game with Firefox. I never could find out the reason for this problem. But knowing that the game always had it's problems when played with Visa, I preferred to play it with Firefox. And with Firefox it works always smoothly for me. I know that Javasript makes some unclear problems which cannot  analyzed and solved easily. Concerning the stay-over-night-bug I'll have look on the respective program files, maybe I can find something. Maybe, your basis game file has some damage, you should re-download the zip-file (5.0) again, unzip, check it's performance without any updating (you have the "stay over night" scenes already in the 5.0 version) and if it is OK, then make only one single update with UP 14. Then, playing with Firefox you should have full access to all the extras. Tell me, if you could get a successful performance, if not, we must look for other solutions.

Im playing on XP, so no Vista problems

please provide a link to version that you KNOW will work I downloaded it from rapidshare, but maybe there is something wrong with my version... dont want to redownload it just to find the same problem

Im playing on Opera cause you can click 'Tab' and it shows selectable parts of the picture. so you just cant be wrong - you clearly see what you can click and can hover mouse over those regions and read descrïptions

so I guess lets start from assuring that we all have the very sam base version of the game...

Hi, blaman, if we try to get some knowledge about the game, what works and what works not, we should come to a common experiment-base: did you ever play with Firefox? I don't know anything about Opera, therefore I cannot decide, if it is working identically to Firefox, especially concerning the javascrïpt features. If you want to try another game-version, you can download it from the link which is put on top of this forum-page:http://sharks-lagoon.aceboard.fr/215394-2094-5634-0-Ariana-Game-with-extra-scenes.htm This is a 5.0 version updated with Erana's add-ons. You can update it with UP 14 (All-in-one update) and should then have a playable version. I'll try the same and let you know, if it works for me.

Now I've tested the depositfile-Version, see above, updated with a freshly downloaded All-in-one UP 14. Playable with Firefox smoothly with all functions (Threesome and staying overnight as programmed!)without any bug! Just try on your side or:

Mirax and blaman, meanwhile I've downloaded Opera and checked it's performance for the datinggame. I've noticed that the Opera performance is very good and rather preferable for playing. But the main problems are the two points, you watched in playing Ariane. Really, the game stucks when going to "stay over night" and also in the scene, when Rebecca touches Ari's breast in the pool and you want to leave the pool. That is very regrettable, but I can repeatedly give you the advice to play the game with Firefox. Using Firefox you don't have any problems (at least for these two scenes mentioned).

I use Linux with opera and it wouldn't run at tha overnight scenes but switched to Firefox just for the game and it works ok.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can't for the life of me get into the 'Crazy Night' scenario. I take her to dinner, get kicked out of the nightclub, get the white outfit at the clothing store, drive to the outskirts and go on the romantic walk. Then I get these two questions about true love, and then anywhere I click (including the moon), all I can do is nod in agreement, chase her, and after I catch her all we can do is go back home. I can fuck her on the couch, but that's nothing new.

This is with version 13. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, mrnatural, it's very easy to solve your problem. When you take Ari to the beach the first time after the visit downtown as you have described , you cannot get the entrance to the "crazy night" during this romantic walk. It is clear that you should try to go again to the beach. It's OK when you drive her home after your romantic walk (you have no choice to avoid this). But when you are back, don't be too hot to fuck her, instead try the following: Just before you click on "Have sex", click on "go somewhere else" (or "go to another room" or so, I don't remember exactly), then click on the car, Ari will dress again and you can go downtown. If you already have baught the white wedding dress before, you go to the home-decor shop, buy the picture showing Ari with the white dress, then go outskirts and after choosing the romantic walk again, click on the moon, you can talk with Ari (sitting dressed on the beach in the moonlight) about her "wild actions" in the old times and then Ari will open the crazy night by running back to the car and then you are downtown again. Now you can continue in the lingerie shop, take Rebecca to the dancing bar and thereafter let take you from Rebecca to the stripclub. Enjoy the strip of Rebecca and later from Ari (she should win the contest), take the girls home to the pool and leave the pool, when Rebecca touches Ari's tits. Then the desired scenes ( lesbian and threesome) will start.

Just one word to the first romantic walk at the beach: I've noticed that you are a very horny one, who wants to fuck Ariane inbetween (before the crazy night actions). Then try the following: If you do the first romantic walk after the dinner, the dancing bar and the dress-shop, don't discuss with Ari about the philosophy of love, instead just take her hand, put the arm around her, take her in your arms and kiss her, compliment her, she will undress, kiss her, let her sit on the beach, compliment her, walk her back to the car and have sex (after the blowjob don't forget to return the favour!) Back home you directly go skinny dipping, after going out of the pool kiss her on the neck, go inside and click on the car. Then you can continue as described above.
