If there's ever an update to this game you should also be able to choose dare suring the turth or dare. Also have the option to choose dare for others when they don't want to anser your questions. Was also missing that in the camping game.

This site http://www.delron.org.uk/ has a walkthrough of this and other aif games. What's great about this game, though, is that there are virtually countless walkthroughs and variations. For instance, you can get the threesome with molly and becky without ever taking molly out on a date. You can achieve a significantly higher overall score than this walkthrough. My best is 104 points (not including bonus points), and I'm sure there are players smarter than me who have figured out even higher scores .

As far as I know there is no complete walkthrough. Given the number of different endings and events in the game a walkthrough to see everything would have to be very elaborate.
However, this thread contains quite some hints and I'm sure that if you ask questions about specific situations people will answer (at least mention at what point you are stuck and what you are trying to achieve).

Demanding a walkthrough (and posting about it multiple times...) will lead people to think you didn't try anything yourself and won't help you in getting advice.
