anyone got any tips, i haven't able to get any where with either girl

The very first decision you make will determine which girl you won't be able to get (ie. if you call your boss into your office, that closes off any possibility of ending up with your secretary). In fact it's very easy to put yourself in a position where you won't get either girl before you've even left your office.

The boss is by far the easier of the two girls since you don't actually have to do anything (specifically you don't have to use anything from your office) other than visit her in her office when you can and make nice (but don't go too fast)

With the secretary you need the alcohol, the mistletoe and the bucket.

The game is definitely buggy, as you'd expect from something that was released on such a deadline. For example, you can offer the boss a drink of punch without having got one.

there's more really really bad bugs:

1) you can talk with Andrew guy on hour (act) 2 when he stands next to the secretary, no way back
2) when you are in act 3 and keep turning left everything is fine, but try turning right and magically you end in act 4 (and you are screwed)
3) sometimes (maybe when you trigger the previous bug) when you go to the boss you will be stuck on the "you locked the doors" screen
4) asking the secretary home (that has been mentioned already)

There are more, just dont remember atm

I've only been able to 'win' by clicking on the individual html files because I keep getting caught in the various bugs.

I tried both the On-Line and Downloaded Versions (Firefox running on a MAC), and just when I think I've got the Boss, the game loops at her door when I try to lock it.

The scrïpt that has the loop is actually the one that checks whether or not you've got a drink of punch. If you don't have one, everything works out fine (as I found out by accident)

hmmm I know what I have to do with the secretary to get her but... I think something is bugged here. I need to help her with the other guy, but I have no option too. I get a screen saying something like "Im the boss and taking care of her" but the game freezes there (bug no# 1 from my previous post). I know I should take her some other place at act2, but never have a chance too...

any suggestions ? I managed to get all the later things with her, but miss that flirt point

strange... seems like the whole website is down ?

in either case - I got 2 endings:
1) with the boss - without any cheating or modifications, but had to always turn luft as turning right is broken at one of the links
2) with the secretary - I had to modify act2and1.html, cause 2 of 3 choices there didn't show for me at all. and without it it was impossible to finish...

in either case - I think it's a great concecpt and the idea that you can lose to some other guy is definitely interesting

graphics - also great, girls are getting better and better. unfortunately - not too many pictures this time... guess better graphics means more time and that causes problems

overall - wish it was longer but I understand there are plans for it (going home probably ?). and... buggy

@ Chaotic - if you need testers I think I can help, I'm a game developer myself and can see bugs quite easily

There are some bugs, of course.... But we should not forget its a free game.

I managed to get both endings with the downloaded version. I still found the mentioned missing "home1.html" bug when talking to Alex. It shows that the game was done wih a deadline, but the bugs aren't all that big. All in al, a good job. And Alex is unbelievably cute!

Getting the 2 endings is straightfoward enough, however the bugs can mean you fail.

For the Boss you may get the locked door loop. To avoid this DONT do anything else but go straight in there during that phase ie when Alex says shes going home go straight in, turning to either side causes this bug to pop up.

With Alex its a simple matter of avoiding the going home part, provided youve done everything else youll nail her.

How do I nail the secretary? I've finished with the 3 items, and after kissing her cheek, I was left with kissing her lips or taking her home but both end up with ""I'm...I'm not so sure about that. Look, it's getting kinda late. I think I'll just go. See you after Christmas."

Any help would be appreciated.

I just want to confirm that it is possible to get both the boss and secretary endings with the downloadable version.  

I don’t want to post any giveaways just yet but if anyone is stumped pm me and I can give you a step by step path for either one.

I´ve reached both endings with downloaded version in Firefox. No troubles. Maybe the game has a few bugs, but that does not prevent you from reaching both ends. Pretty nice game!
